Marapharm Ventures Inc. “Marapharm” announces that $4,633,348.00 has been received from the exercise of warrants. The warrants were issued in a unit offering containing 1 common share and 1 share purchase warrant. The right to exercise the warrants expired on September 6, 2017 at 5 pm PST.

There are no more unit offerings with warrants to be exercised at this time; however, there is a “warrant only” offering announced August 8, 2017 still outstanding.
