Marapharm Ventures Inc. has purchased two industrial properties in Desert Hot Springs, California. The first property has a land size of 1.25 acres and a proposed cultivation space of 20,664 sq. ft. The cultivation space is comprised of an 8,832 sq. ft, two story head-house and an 11,832 sq. ft greenhouse. The property carries a conditional use permit (CUP 01-17) and an approved developers agreement for cannabis cultivation. Our scheduled completion date for this facility will be January of 2019.

Our second property has a land size of 1.22 acres and a proposed cultivation and processing space of 29,193 sq. ft. Our proposed facility for this space is a two-story building. The first floor will be comprised of 9,175 sq. ft of cultivation space, 2036 sq. ft of processing and extraction space and 1,391 sq. ft of office space. The second floor will consist of 12,782 sq. ft of solid cultivation space. This property carries a conditional use permit (CUP 25-16) for 29,193 sq. ft of cannabis cultivation and extraction. Our expected completion date for this facility is February of 2019.

In addition to these two properties Marapharm has purchased an operating dispensary in Desert Hot Springs, which is called Green Leaf Dispensary and plans to utilize a medical cannabis delivery service in the region. California has a long history of using Medical Cannabis, being the first state to legalize its medical use. California also recently passed a bill to legalize the sale of recreational cannabis and has the potential of becoming the top region for cannabis sales in the United States. Marapharm is poised in a position to take advantage of this opportunity.
